French Executive Chef Jacques Auffrays leads the team of Francouzská restaurant.
Jacques has worked in many Michelin star restaurants in Germany, France and UK. Moreover, he also spent a couple of weeks in the famous restaurant "The Fat Duck" near London, which is regularly voted as one of the best three restaurants in the world.
Libor Krušínský left the position of Executive Chef in Chateau Mcely to become our Chef du pâtisserie.
Within his rich career he had worked in hotel Alchymist, restaurant Circle Line or no longer existing Le Bistro De Marlene, where he met Jacques for the very first time.
For the second time their paths crossed in restaurant V Zátiší and because the roads of Chefs are unpredictable, just in Francouzská restaurant they meet again, now for the third time.
This star duo with their team guarantees your experience to become an unforgettable one.
