This year we merged favourite venison brunch with mushrooms. Come and taste „Kulajda“ soup with egg chickens, sirloin „Wellington“ with mushroom crust and homemade mushroom croquettes, salad with mushrooms or mushroom „Kuba“. As far as the game is concerned we will be delighted to offer Provensal venison pâté, venison carpaccio or ​​venison tenderloin with a wild boar hash purée with chanterelles. Come and join us for Italian Sunday. Cold tomato soup with fresh basil and buffalo mozzarella as welcome, followed by rucola salad with parmesan cheese, Italian bruschetta and salmon or tuna carpaccio. Furthermore delicious Italian risotto served directly from parmesan loaf, braised tripes in tomato sauce or veal ossobuco roasted in thyme. Our pastry cooks will prepare fine tiramisu, variations of Italian panna cotta and selection of mini creams from mascarpone and fresh fruit.
