We continue travelling around France and focus on individual regions.

This time we prepared specialties of French southwest such as terrine of foie gras flavored with Armagnac, Landaise salad with duck confit or confit of duck leg with parsley-garlic crust. Taste Toulouse cassoulet or Entrecôte with Bordelaise sauce, closed pie with apples and cognac or Cannelés de Bordeaux.

This and much much more, as usual, the first Sunday in the month. We look forward to seeing you!

Easter brunch

Celebrate Easter with us a week earlier and come to our traditional Easter brunch!

Rabbit jelly with herbs, fine hash of rabbit or dandelion-mache salad with quail eggs. Furthermore, light watercress cream, roasted leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary or veal Navarin. Sweets as nougat cake, fromage blanc mousse with strawberries and certainly, our mini desserts of Chef de Pâtisserie Libor.

All this and much much more will be ready for you as usual in the first Sunday of the month. We look forward to seeing you!

Menu Anniversaire

At the occasion of 100th anniversary of the Francouzska Restaurant Art Nouveau and the Municipal House we prepared a special "Menu Anniversaire", whose composition has a historical link to the food and beverages that had been served 100 years ago.

It includes not only an excellent dining menu, but also a festive look of board. Visitors can experience an unique "feel of royalty" because the service and presentation is enhanced with usage of old-fashioned porcelain and a special edition of renowned Splendid Moser glass. This crystal set also celebrates its 100th anniversary and for its exceptional beauty and popularity in the highest circles is called a glass of kings.
